Our manufacturing process utilizes primarily Refined Palm Kernel Oil as our principal raw material, which is reacted with Methanol in the presence of a catalyst to produce Methyl Ester and Crude Glycerin. The Methyl Ester is distilled to produce various fractions of ester products based on its carbon chain length. A portion of the Methyl Esters are hydrogenated to produce Fatty Alcohol which are also distilled to produce various fractions based on its carbon chain length. The Crude Glycerin is refined to produce a pharmaceutical and food grade Refined Glycerin with 99.7% purity.
Each of these product fractions are used in various end application in the manufacturing of consumer and industrial products such as laundry detergent, personal care products and lubricants. Our oleochemical products are used in many of P&G’s consumer products.
